Our Villa Details
Our newly built luxury waterfront villa is situated in peaceful Rotonda West, Englewood, on the Gulf Coast of South West Florida.The villa is situated on a south facing aspect, complete with 30ft oversized solar heated / electric pool, with water feature. The pool area to the rear has a covered lanai with a patio table seating 6; 4 reclining sun beds and an outside music system for entertaining. A BBQ grill is supplied.
Our luxurious home has 3 bedrooms 2 master suites and 1 twin, all with en suite bathrooms. The main master suite is a large room with a king size bed, opening out to the lanai area, through french doors. It has a large en suite with oval bath tub and walk in shower, feature lighting and his and hers vanity units. The 2nd master suite has a queen bed, french doors opening out to the lanai, and an en suite, with a walk in shower and pool access. The 3rd twin room has 2 single beds and access to the family bathroom which can be closed off to double up as the en suite. The bathroom includes bath and shower.
The living area consists of a large open plan great room, with nook area for informal dining. Access to the lanai is through a rear door and oversized patio doors. It has satellite TV, dvd/video and a music centre which can be enjoyed through the lanai speaker link up. Internet access can be arranged.
Following around the great room area is the large American style kitchen with excellent facilities including: fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, cooker and waste disposal.The kitchen is well fitted for your self catering needs. There is a utility room to the side, with full laundry facilities, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. All linen and towels are provided.The garage is well stocked with pool inflatibles, beach chairs, sun parasol and a beach cool box for your enjoyment.
New for 2006, our custom built home is beautifully furnished to the highest standards and air conditioned throughout. Decorated with Florida colours of blue, beige and maple. The villa offers almost 2,500 sq ft of living space. All local telephone calls are free, with a management agency at hand to help you make the most of your holiday.
Our home is built on a large plot, with beautiful landscaped gardens, commanding a rear view across the canal, which boasts stunning evening sunsets! The tranquil and friendly community on Rotonda West is a short drive from a superb selection of white beaches on Manasota Key, Englewood. Ideal for total relaxation or fishing, boating and other water sports. The choice is plentiful.
For keen golfers, Rotonda is home to many golf courses, one of which is within golf cart driving distance, over the canal bridge next to the villa. There are numerous golf courses within driving distance in the surrounding local area of Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Venice.
The area is a shoppers heaven with malls and shops within local driving distance in Port Charltotte. Restaurants and bars are plentiful locally, with many choices from the big American chains, such as Dennys, Ruby Tuesdays, Fridays etc.... down to local speciality restaurants and coffee shops. For a take away, the usual fast food restaurants can be found. The super markets are situated either side of Rotonda and are well stocked for all your BBQ needs!
