This stunning Rotonda villa has a Southwest facing aspect with a beautifully designed larger than average pool and deck area. It overlooks one of Rotonda's many canals and nature reserves. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms: two of which are master suites and two are twins. Sleeps eight in comfort.
Fully air-conditioned throughout, with two separate lounge areas and a large kitchen. The furnishings are in traditional Florida style with light bright decor.
Some fifteen minutes drive away are the fabulous beaches of Manasota Key, Englewood.
Restaurants, golf courses and supermarkets are nearby and within easy reach.
During the winter months of February and March only one month long bookings will be accepted. If electric pool heating is required there is an additional charge of £50 per week.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms: one of which is the master suite with en suite bathroom, one queen and a twin. Both queen room and the twin share the family bathroom. Living space consists of a great room, formal dining area, kitchen/utility room and nook. On the lanai/deck area are four reclining sunbeds, a BBQ and large patio table perfect for dinner while watching Florida sunsets. The outside stereo hi fi system will help to capture your mood. Villa Afallon: New for 2005 this designer furnished villa has rear aspect waterside views, with beautiful landscaped gardens. Sleeping a
maximum of six people: it has a master suite with en suite bathroom, a
queen room and a twin. The queen room and the twin share the family bathroom. The freeform pool has electric heating with a removable baby barrier for family saftey. Free life vests are available for children, subject to availablity. With cots and high chairs provided free.
On the lanai/deck area is a patio table, reclining sunbeds and a BBQ, which there is a nominal charge of $20USD towards the gas. The villa includes 'unlimited golf', please contact us for special offers. The optional electric pool heat is charged at $15USD per day. There is an $80USD charge for outside preparation of the house, payable locally, on arrival. The villa is within close driving distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is well placed to explore the local gulf coast, or drive north to Bradenton and Sarasota: south to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Or why not relax on the lanai and view the local birds and wildlife on and around the water, watching the world go by. Bookings on request.
