How to Book

If you would like to make enquiries about our villa, an inclusive tour, other villas or any of our other travel services, an enquiry is easy! Just check availability for our villa and or give us your flight / travel requirements. We will contact you as soon as we receive your enquiry.

Your enquiry for our villa will be held for 3 working days until confirmation and a payment is received and if applicable flights and travel services booked. Any other accommodation or villas required will be on request.

Once deposits are received, your holiday will be subject to our terms and conditions.

Prices (Per Week)
High Season January, February, March.	£600 GBP
Low Season April, May, June, July, September, October, November, December.	£550 GBP
All school holidays: incuding Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter, Summer Holidays and Half Term. A minimum of one weeks stay is required, for extra days a pro rata daily rate will be calculated.	£600 GBP

If electric pool heating is required, a charge of $100 USD per week is payable locally to our management agency. Cots can be supplied on request with a small charge payable locally.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking, with the final balance due 12 weeks before departure. Any flights booked may require immediate payment if the airlines request it. Any bookings taken less than 12 weeks before departure require the full balance. A £200 security deposit is payable with your final balance. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company, on your departure.
